Laid Back Gourmet

We’re hosting Gourmet Cooking Classes with our resident Culinary Institute of America graduate, Peter. This class series costs just $45 each and will include local wine and beer, seasonal and themed menus, and of course, tips and tricks from a certified chef. Come dine and learn with friends or family during this relaxing and informative class series. July 14th, 21st, and 28th 6pm-7pm

Proceeds from “Laid back gourmet” will benefit The Center for Agroecology & Sustainable Food Systems (CASFS) - Santa Cruz.
