How Much Does Your UC Professor Make?

The next time you hear the UC system complaining about not having money and hiking your tuition, take a good look at this list.

UCLA's athletic director makes $2.3 million. 

Two of Berkeley's head coaches make $2.1 and $1.9 million.

Visiting professor at UCLA and famous actor James Franco makes $12,000. 

Here is a guide to the top paid and a database for all UC staff.  You can look up any professor or administrator and see what they earned. 

UCSC's high paid employees include Engineering Dean Arthur Ramirez, who makes $248,000 and Dean of Arts, David Yager, who pulls in $240,000.

Chancellor George Blumenthal makes $318,000. 

At least UCSC isn't paying huge sums to athletics. The highest paid coach is Cynthia Ann Mori, who makes $69,000.
