Every week on Wednesday morning at 9:30am come out to Seacliff Drive in Aptos for Families in Motion! This is an outdoor fitness class for parents with children ages 0-17. Class focuses on strength training and jogging intervals. Classes cost $8 to $10. For more information call 831-818-8423.
