Hate to Love Running Program

Registration for the upcoming Hate to Love Running Program is open. The Hate to Love Running Program is geared towards beginner runners who desire a training plan, accountability and support to be successful at reaching the goal of running 5k through easy workouts of incorporating walking and jogging.

This 9 week virtual program goes from June 11th to August 12th, 2012.  Participants will receive support to reach the goal of going from your current level of exercise to running a 5K with one on one sessions and group support, a training plan, and the resources to transform your relationship with running and confidence from hate to love.

Participants in the virtual group will have optimal flexibility to complete the workouts around their busy schedules. Santa Cruz locals can opt to join the Silver Santa Cruz Hate to Love Running program and run together Tuesday evenings at 5:30p and Thursday mornings at 8:30a on West Cliff Drive.  Maggie also offers Hate to Love Running Program with Health Counseling which includes 8 private health counseling sessions for those who are looking for total transformation in their diet and lifestyle and consistent personal support around reaching their running goals.
