There was a lot of work being done at the new Kaiser Permanente Arena Friday to get ready for Sunday's sold out home opener.
On the court, the Santa Cruz Warriors were shooting, doing stretches ("Basketball Yoga," one called it), icing and running plays.
In the stands, workers were putting up railings and preparing the food booths.
