Why is it such a big hit?
It has the ability to adapt to anyone’s schedule. If you cannot commit to the exercise portion of the challenge you may attend the lectures at a reduced rate. Also, if you cannot attend a lecture, you can watch and download the video online.
It gets even better… Fitness classes are available everyday and you can choose to attend as many (or as little) as you want-- for no additional cost! Each week is a different type of exercise allowing you to try new things and activate muscles you’ve never used before!
Week 1: Boot Camp
Week 2: Yoga
Week 3: Kickboxing
Week 4: Dance
Week 5: Zumba
Week 6: Martial Arts & Pilates
Week 7: Cycling & TRX
Week 8: Qi Gong & SUP
Also, don’t forget to treat your sore muscles with an acupuncture session at no additional cost!
Did someone say, "prizes?"
As you transform your body over the next eight weeks, you’ll be rewarded for putting your goals into action. The Santa Cruz Challenge has many wonderful sponsors; so trust me when I say the prizes will not fall short.

2nd prize: bicycle (spokesman bicycles)
