Where is this in Santa Cruz?

Would you believe West Cliff Drive, where they are stepping up coverage of the Coldwater Classic big time.

Crews were putting up bleachers along the cliffs and setting up areas for filming the Coldwater Classic, which starts Thursday.

This is the surf competition's 60th year and it is being beefed up bigtime.
