The Santa Cruz Warriors cruised to another victory and remain undefeated at home, defeating the winless Reno Bighorns 121-101.

"That doesn't happen very often in the D-League, and that's something I really harp on - sharing the basketball," said coach Casey Hill.

"Everybody was unselfish, playing the right way," said Curry.  "It's always fun when everyone's contributing."

Curry was ready to go up against NBA talent in McCallum, going toe-to-toe with the Bighorns point guard, only allowing him to score four points in the first quarter.  Curry finished the same quarter with 12 points.

"It was a way for me to test myself, especially at the same position (as McCallum).  It was a great game tonight,"

Hilton Armstrong and William Buford both had 21 points on 7 of 10 and 8 of 11 shooting respectively for the Santa Cruz team.  Daniel Nwaelele chipped in 15 points, while Kevin Kotzur had a near double-double serving up 13 points and leading the team with nine rebounds.

The first quarter, the Warriors began on a 19-8 run and never looked back after.  They finished the first quarter with a season high 38 points and led by 18 points.

The Warriors continued with its breakneck speed on offense, finishing the half with 66 points to Reno's 50.  The Warriors finished the first half with 16 fast break points while shooting 62 percent from the field.  The Bighorns finished the half shooting 43 percent from the field.

The third quarter proved much of the same as the Warriors maintained their lead, up until near the end of the quarter when the Bighorns cut the lead to single digits after an 8-0 run, but a timely Orion Outerbridge putback brought the lead back up to 11 as the Warriors finished the quarter leading 88-77.

As the Warriors poured it on in the fourth, fan-favorite Kiwi Gardner entered with 2:57 left in the ballgame to the delight of the crowd.  Gardner finished with 3 points and 1 assist after he was fouled on a breakaway layup and still managed to make the shot.  Gardner finds support as a member of the Santa Cruz team.

"I learn a lot, it's awesome being here," said Gardner.  "I've learned a lot here, it's all about getting better."
