Next Cooking Around the World Class: Asian

Local Chef and cookbook author Lauren Hoover West is giving a six-part class featuring unique ethnic cuisine from all over the world, and the recipes that are free of gluten, dairy and white sugar.

You will learn how to incorporate traditional spices, herbs and ingredients from other cultures into many delicious dishes as we explore a myriad of cooking techniques.

The next 3 classes are:
Thursday, April 24: ASIAN
Thursday, May 1: INDIAN
Thursday, May 8: JAPANESE
Thursday, May 15: ITALIAN

In this week's Asian Class, make delicious and nutritious Thai Tom Ka Soup, Mushroom Lettuce Wraps, Kung Pao Chicken.
