To produce a quality, time-honored product, not many facilities dedicate the space and future earnings to produce such a product. Equinox is an exception and the product is delicious. It partner company Bartolo produces table wines such as merlot and syrahs. Equinox offers weekend tastings and it's an excellent activity to observe wine making at its finest.
