New Life Community Services
New Life Community Services calls itself the oldest family shelter program in Santa Cruz County. Launched in 1972, New Life primarily focuses on drug and alcohol 12-step treatment programs, regularly visiting the regional detention facilities to let inmates know about the programs. Regular Narcotics Anonymous, Marijuana Anonymous, Alcoholics Anonymous and Cocaine Anonymous meetings are held on the premises. The goal of New Life is to help people transition into healthy, productive lifestyles.
