Santa Cruz Ale Works was established in 2007, and they now offer three beers. The blonde colored Hefeweizen is a German-style wheat beer that has a touch of lemon and orange essence. Their India Pale Ale (IPA) follows the traditional British style of strong hop flavor with a light citrus finish. The Pale Ale is a copper colored beer that Santa Cruz Ale Works brews with more hops than other typical American pale ales. The tasting room is open by appointment only.
