I can't for the life of me see that the owner of the vehicle can be held negligent and responsible…Read More for two women fighting and falling out of the vehicle. Commonsense says that if one is riding in a vehicle then one remains seated and doesn't start the sort of ruckus these two ladies were engaged in. There was no "threaten(ing) a mans (sic) life." He was not approached in any way. The…Read More article should be clarified in that respect. As he was leaving the parking lot, after police had been called and we had been discussing the disgusting nature of this person, he stopped his car prior to driving by our group, revved his engine multiple times (we were not in any way blocking his path). And if you assert he was "terrorized," why did he go to the police 10 days after the event in question? Perhaps he was concerned he would be seen again (the next time he attempted the same) by responsible, civil adults and addressed accordingly?
